Some of my programs doesn't work anymore with version 2.0.0.0.22 when
they make a call to the Mapi.dll I got an error, there is no email
client or an email program that support this request.

Versions <20.0.0.0.22 works well

Can I download an older version somewhere

Re-define TB as your default mail client.

You can set Tb as default mail client of your system using the methods
as suggested here "http://kb.mozillazine.org/Default_mail_client#Windows"

You can also download older versions from here
"http://releases.mozilla.org/pub/mozilla.org/thunderbird/releases/"

I have version 2.0.0.22 working here.
I had to re-set Mozilla Thunderbird as my default mail Client.

If you are willing to edit your Windows Registry, make sure
this is set
