sending msg fails

TB 2.0.0.23 for the past few months several times sending a msg as
"send later" fails. A window opens reading "there was an error
attaching. Please check if you have access to the file." Then unable
to save as draft for the same reason.

This is frequently a received msg which is being forwarded or reply
all. Have found that after 2 or 3 tries, then if I close the msg and
edit as new, and then send it will be OK. Wonder if this could be a bug?

Does it happen only when message contains one or more inline images?

The bug covers quite a bit of ground. I'll need to wait until next
time I try to forward to ascertain exactly where it fits in.
Yes, it only occurs when a msg only contains 1 or more inline msgs (I
view all as in-line -- nothing to do with the sender.
