I gave TB2 RC1 a try and it looks good to me. One thing I've come across
wrt the new 'Find as you type' feature:
Is it supposed to work also within an open message window, i.e. not just
the message pane?
What I have in mind is the way it works in FF, i.e. within a given web
page one just starts typing, which then brings up the find tool bar.
This does not seem to work within a message window, I'd need to press
Ctrl-F to bring up the find tool bar first.
Also in FF there's a preference to enable 'Find as you type', which
doesn't seem to exist in TB2.
Thank you.

Use the Config Editor[1], and search for the preference
|accessibility.typeaheadfind|. Double-click on it, which should set the
value to true.

Thanks. That's exactly what I've been looking for.
