Just a basic copy all

Never any need to sync.

Go to the profile folder and copy abook.sqlite, or open the address book
and use Tools > Export.

Then open the address book on the other system and use Tools > Import,
or just paste abook.sqlite into the new profile on the other system.

I would use the Export > Import method.
