I already searched the internet for information on this, but i was not
able to find any.
So, what I wanted to ask is just a simple and quick answerable question
on the print function of Thunderbird.
I want to print my email without any header, but if I set
"mail.show_headers" to "0", only the line with the recipient of the mail
disappears.
So I ask you, if there is any way to print a mail without those header
informations such as recipient, date, etc.
I'm also looking forward to a build-in option to disable the whole
header-showing while printing the mail.
Looking forward to your reply,
Stefan Möllenkamp
Hi Stefan,
The Printing Tools extension has an option to not print any headers.
You can get it here:
https://nic-nac-project.org/~kaosmos/index-en.html
You must right click on the Download link and "Save Link As" to
somewhere on your system. Then open the Add-Ons dialog box (Tools,
Add-ons) and drop the file onto the dialog box.

Anti-spam measures are included in my email address.
Delete NOSPAM from the email address after clicking Reply.
There is an add-on named Printing Tools that includes an option to hide
headers for printing.

> Dear Guys,
Right click on the message and select "Edit As New..." from the
drop-down menu that appears. You can then print from the Compose
window and the message will print without headers.
