Is there a way to assure that if I don't want multiple recipients to see
each others email addresses to make all recipients blind cc's? I know how
to do it manually, but I was looking for a shortcut to use whenever I have
more than one contact on an email that I am sending.

Any help would be appreciated!

Several means of doing it.

If you commonly send to sets of people put them in a mailing list.
Then when addressing, To (yourself) and BCC (the mail list)

You can have multiple mail lists which can have common addresses or not.

Another means of doing it, is to use the Copy setting in

Tools-->Account Settings--><name of account>-->Copies & Addressing

[x] BCC these and enter the addresses seperated by a comma

With this one tho, the recipients would get a copy of ALL mail from said
account, which may not be desireable.
