Can anybody recommend an add on or other utility that would allow us to
automatically print incoming emails? We use our email as an inbox for
our incoming faxes (fax to email) so we need an application that can
print attachments, all the faxes are received as .tif attachments.

There is one extension but I'm not sure if it is what you need because
it doesn't support print queuing and attachment printing. But as you are
trying to print image attachment ( .tif file ) you can set Tb to display
attachment inline ( View > Display attachment Inline and also View >
Message Body As > Original HTML ) and see if it works.
