Change order of accounts in Thunderbird

Hi,
I have several Email accounts in Thunderbird. I would like to have
another account as first account. In the future I would like to monitor
only my current fist account and send no emails from it. The first
account is default to send. That's why I would like to change. I tried
it with drag and drop but it did not work. I tried to change some
parameter in prefs.js but did not find the right.
Can anybody help me?
