Hide Quick Filter Bar

TB 3.1. Is there a way to disable the Quick Filter Bar? Perhaps in Config
Editor? It keeps coming back and I know it's something besides hitting
Ctrl+F.

Been doing that, but it keeps coming back. Maybe in a few hours, or a few
day, but it comes back.

I don't see where any comment there resulted in a fix. I can update, but
will probably lose some add-on functionality which I prefer not to.

You can, but there goes the search bar, which can't be moved from the
Quick Filter toolbar. In fact, last time I checked, your choices are
all, or nothing on that toolbar.

Click on OPTIONS.>> QUICK filter bar....to remove it.

View menu > Toolbars > uncheck Quick Filter Bar.
