When I click DATE column it sorts by date but except that it shows every
message in the same thread in a new line.
I don't want that way
I need the newest messages on TOP and only the first message from the
per line.

"Threading" is just a way of sorting by subject, and displaying messages
indented, in order received. You can't change that. (That is, it could
be changed, but would require a new module to be written to sort threads
in reverse order.)
Partial work-around:
Sort by Date to put newest message at top (arrow head up), then sort by
Subject z-a (arrow head up). Threads will be listed together in a group,
with newest message first.
If you want to see only Unread messages, set View (in toolbar, not in
file menu) to Unread. You can also play with the Threads options under
View > Threads.
Personally, I find the Threaded display quite useless. That's in _all_
new clients I've ever tried, not just TB. Actually, I prefer to see one
header per line, sorted by subject (== thread).
