Cure for forgetting to Attach before Send

It would really be nice if the powers that be would redesign the email
compose image and move the Attach button over to the right and next to the
Send button. I don't know how many time I forget to Attach before sending
a message, and I know I'm not alone. ;-)

Right click on toolbar in the compose window, select "Customise", move
it to where you want it, click "OK". Job done. Next time you compose it
will be there.

You can do this yourself :)
Open a compose window, right click on the toolbar, and select "Customise".
Hover the cursor over the Attach button, and it shows as a hand - click
and drag to whatever position on the tool bar you want.

Grab the "Attachment Reminder" extension... it is one of the most useful
extensions.
