Contact Cards "Other Tab"

When you open a contact card for any contact in your list
and go to the tab - Other, you will see Custom 1, Custom 2,
Custom 3, at the top. I have a couple of questions on this.

1. Are these for creating custom fields?
2. If so, where do you change the name from "custom1"...etc?
Any ideas????

The "Other" tab allows the user to enter 4 custom data fields. The Notes
field is an Ender widget. The user can enter html and/or graphics (gif,
jpg, png) to this field. Not currently implemented.
