Setting Finnish as a default spell checking language

Hi,

Finnish dictionary isn't available at https://addons.mozilla.org/en-Us/thunderbird/language-tools/ and I must use Voikko http://voikko.puimula.org/ as a Finnish spell checker.

I can choose Finnish language from composer window > Options > Check Spelling > Language. See https://pasteboard.co/GZcJt1A.png .

However, Finnish isn't available as a default spell checking language. See https://pasteboard.co/GZcKJrc.png .

This is every annoying because you must choose Options > Check Spelling > Language > Finnish on every composition.

How can I set Finnish as a default spell checking language?

Finnish spellchecker for Linux.

I tried this one but it installs another spell checker which does not support declension / inflection of Finnish words. See https://pasteboard.co/H7iSsc5.png
