I know - but I don't know why the text was truncated.

I'm posting this outside of Thunderbird to see what happens.

The mailing list server may be filtering out content. Are you messages
plain text? Any attachments?

Hi,

That could be it - ie format is html.

I'll change it when I'm next on Thunderbird to plain text - I presume html
is not permitted.

Glen has sent me post about the filter problem that came through fine
for me but not here since in some he had to me and to the group. I
thought maybe that because a message was being to to group and CC to a
user at the same time the moderators were killing his post. He does know
there is some type of problem going on somewhere.

If you choose to sent in either plain text, or both (anything but HTML
*only*) it should work. I'll see if there's anything I can do to allow
simple HTML.

In the meantime, the Mozilla Forum Etiquette page is at
<http://www.mozilla.org/community/etiquette.html>.

I looked at a couple of his earlier postings, and they came through at 0
lines with neither a plain-text nor an HTML part. . . .

His [empty] messages were sent in HTML only. If you send in both
formats, the plain text version will come through.

Don't believe everything you read.

PJ- We have the occasional cop/nanny/controller, but no moderators in
the sense I use the term.

A simple case of me sending html mail only I'm afraid :-)

Glen.
PS - I'm always open to conspiracy theories though :-)

I think there was excessive pruning to my answer quoted above. I Think I
said. because he was sending to newsgroup and a user (CC) at the same
time perhaps the moderators were killing his post. If you can go back
to my original reply to see if that is what I said?

That was my understanding, but we still have no Mods, and I don't think
any Robo Mods care about E-mail.
