I have free access to copy anything from my old PC to my new PC; the
problem is knowing which parts to copy. An export mechanism would solve
this for me.

If you copy whole profile folder, it will migrate _everything_.

Google MozBackup. There are manual ways to do the same thing, but this
program makes the process virtually effortless.
