when reordering my folders on a different computer the others don't
connect the right way. The folder I moved are missing ones.

Can you elaborate on what you mean by 're-ordering'?

Do you mean renaming, moving into/out of sub-folders, etc?
Is 'Show only subscribed folders' checked ?
(Tools > Account Settings > Server Settings > Advanced)
