RSS feeds from The Register hanging

Anyone else having problems with Thunderbird 2.0.0.17 "Not responding"
when trying to read RSS from http://www.theregister.co.uk/headlines.atom

It does not happen on every single RSS entry but it is quite annoying :(

Working fine in 2.0.0.16 ( Linux ver. ).
Can you reproduce same problem in safe mode also ?[1]

Just tried Safe mode and it worked with no problem.

I found that a rule in adblock plus was causing the hanging. This is why
not all entries were effected as there are entries from various sections
of the register and only one of the entry types was hanging.

Thanks for kick starting my brain cells :-)
