"Local Folders" to the top

Hi,
Does anyone know of a (trick) way to get "Local Folders" to the top of
the folder panel?
The Manually sort folders plug-in doesn't list "Local Folders" as
something it can move.

My installation lets me select Local Folders as the topmost account.

Manually Sort Folders|Sort Accounts→First account in the folder pane.

Tools|Manually Sort Folders|Sort accounts
Select "Local Folders" under "First Account in the folder pane".
Again, it seems to me to be hiding in plain sight…
