Open New Window from Current Address bar Enhancement Request

One feature I would really like to see in the browser is the ability
to click on the current webpage address (e.g. right click either on
the page or in the address bar) and be allowed to select/tell the
browser to open it in a new WINDOW. There have been many times I have
navigated to a page, then wanted to compare it to a previous page
(like eBay and comparing 2 different offerings). I have to copy and
paste the current page into a new window and then back up to the one I
was at previously. This seems like such a simple enhancement -- if I
was smart enough to do it I would. I have searched the help files but
did not see this as a feature. Can someone pass this on to the
'gatekeeper of enhancements' so it gets added to the list?
