Meanwhile I found the reference to Mozilla support newsgroups, under
Forums! That is the last topic in the link list at the top right, just
below Reporting bugs.
May be, one could better rearrange the list by priority (i.e. what comes
first, ...) and rename or split Forums to highlight the existence of the
Newsgroup.
