Hello Instant Bird,
First, I want to tell you how much I love your program, client, and how 
vital it is to me.  I use it for everything.  I am totally deaf and 
blind so my communication is mostly done with technology--over the 
internet, one on-one coversations.  It also serves as my "voicemail" for 
people to send me a message and me see it when I sit back down at my 
computer.  It is very accessible with Jaws and my braille display.  It's 
so easy for me to use.  I just love it and rely on it.
A few weeks ago I noticed that I wasn't getting all of my FB messages.  
It was like it was bouncing on and off of connection with facebook.  
Then one day it just wouldn't connect, so I tried to make it connect.
I would press enter on the connect button, in the account manager. It 
would then become the "disconnect butn" and I would press tab, and it 
would suddenly say "connect button."  It wasn't giving me any error that 
I could see.  It just wasn't working.  So I had my husband try.  He said 
it didn't give him any errors either.  It was like it would connect, but 
then it never did.  Didn't say anything.
I have been trying to get it to work since then.  I deleted the facebook 
account and then readded it.  still wouldn't connect.  I uninstalled the 
program and rebooted computer, reinstalled it.  When I went to the 
account manager, my accounts were still in there. how's that?  But 
still, facebook wouldn't connect.
So finally I delete the fb account, then uninstall the program, reboot 
and reinstall it.  When I went to the account manager this time, there 
was no fb account, so i added it.  Nope, still won't connect, but this 
time, each time i press the connect button it asks for my password.  I 
enter it, and press enter.  It sits there as 'disconnect button" but as 
soon as I press tab, it says "connect button."  So I try again, it again 
asks for password.  It just will not connect.  Still no error of any kind.
I thought maybe I was entering the password wrong.  Went to the website 
and typed it, was able to log in fine.  That's not the problem.  My 
husband told me that FB must have changed their API and not allowing 
client access, or something like that.  But that can't be because 
another person I talked to that uses instant bird is able to connect his 
facebook account fine.  He did say that it was acting up a while back, 
but now its fine.  He didn't do anything to fix it, he says.
I need to be able to use FB messages/chat on an instant message client 
that is accessible--so i need this to work because it's so vital for me 
and I love instant bird so much.
Do you have any advice, suggestions, or answers for me?  Please help me 
figure this out.
