Howto change language in nighly version (1.6)

Hi !
I had a blind friend that has so mutch problems with account facebook chat,
in the last stable version 1.5 :-(
I had see in the messages of this mailing list, that has a lot of bugs
related to facebook chat... !
And in the nighly version 1.6, its fixed ;-)
I sended a link to download nighly version (windows installer)
But now, how can change the default language ?
I seen options / preferences, and dont finded a way to change language :-(
Nighty versions only suport english language ? or can be most languages ?
And How to change the language ?
