Instantbird can't connect to Aim anymore

I can log in to Aim using their website on a web browser, but Instantbird will not progress past the Connecting ... stage.
Here are the connection parameters Instantbird uses:
slogin.oscar.aol.com
port 5190
also
login.icq.com
port 443
nothing works anymore.
Do you know of any alternative Aim servers I could try logging in to?
