I was just perusing Chris' help page and came across:-

Anybody know if this works in SM, if I were to add the pref?

Cross-posted and follow-up set to mozilla.support.seamonkey.
|backups.number_of_prefs_copies| is obsolete. It doesn't work on
SeaMonkey. (Which is why that item is not on seamonkey.ilias.ca. I do
test most of those, you know. :-) )
