I'm not sure enough but you may try this trick copy cert8.db file from Firefox
folder and paste it in thunderbird profile ( before doing this please back up
Thunderbird profile .

Almost :(
I copied the file, and had no problems... BUT the certificate that is
shown as min in Firefox, now is shown as Other people's in ThunderBird,
so I cannot use it to sign or encrypt.
Any other idea (beside reinstall seamonkey, and then migrate again to
thunderbird)

Open Firefox . Goto Tools>Option>Advanced>Encryption>view Certificates . Export
that certificate .
Open Thunderbird . Goto Tools>Option>Advanced>Encryption>view Certificates.
Import that file.

Ok:
First, I don't have an "export" option, but I guess it's the same as
backup. I tried this but I keep getting the same error.
