I dropped the Webmaster a "nice" note and got the reply that he was
presently updating the code! Today he wrote that the site is now
updated, so whoever posted back then can now check the URL out and see
if it is OK and then comment to the webmaster at:

Looks like there is some serious work for you to do there - firstly, to
detatch it from that Internet Explorer browser and get it working on

Probably not. There was some mention about "inexcusably bad
code" in there somewhere. And in so many words I might have
suggested replacing the webmaster.
