a couple of weeks ago (about 19-20th June), someone posted that the
URL www.move.va.gov/ was a mess in FF but OK in IE !

I dropped the Webmaster a "nice" note and got the reply that he was
presently updating the code! Today he wrote that the site is now
updated, so whoever posted back then can now check the URL out and see
if it is OK and then comment to the webmaster at:
Tony....@va.gov
quoting my mails (below)

Yepp - done my bit - I'm going back to sleep =-O yawwwnnnnnnn!

in reply to your question re: Browser, you will be interested to know
that I am currently using Mozilla Firefox version 1.5.0.4.
I also ocasionally use the versions 1.0.7 and 1.0.8.

yepp - couple of smaller "quirks" that I would have done differently
(small formatting jobs) but otherwise, an informative URL!

QUOTE:

must inform you that your website at URL:

http://www.move.va.gov/

can only be described as "Crap"

A w3c code-validation-check shows several *CRITICAL ERRORS*

http://validator.w3.org/check?uri=http%3A//www.move.va.gov/

Looks like there is some serious work for you to do there - firstly, to
detatch it from that Internet Explorer browser and get it working on
browsers that are not paid for by Bill Gates!!

Probably not. There was some mention about "inexcusably bad
code" in there somewhere. And in so many words I might have
suggested replacing the webmaster.
