Can't upload photos to a Facebook Album

Within the past couple of days when trying to upload photos to Facebook using the 'photos' when clicking '+Upload Photos' the screen comes up to select the photos however it's blank and my cpu usage goes to 100%. I can however upload a photo directly to a FB page. In troubleshooting I've done the following:
Cleared cookies and cache - no change Loaded FF in safe mode - no change Tried another profile - no change
I loaded up Opera, and have no issues uploading photos to a Facebook album
