I've been using it for about a year, I guess, and find it very good.
It's easy to teach it to allow stuff on sites you trust. Does what it
says on the tin, kinda.

The only drawback I would say is that web pages that require JS for form
filling or menus need to reload after you've enabled that particular bit
of script. If, like me, you have a tendency not to notice the yellow
banner at the bottom of the screen until after you've filled the form
then it can be a bit irritating to have to do it again. But that's my
fault not SiteAdvisor's :-)
