First, would you care to name the site in question, or is this an
ongoing problem with many sites?
I've found that whenever that happens, it's either being blocked by a
HOSTs file or the DNS server has gone wonky.
My fix (since I use DNSCrypt) is to reapply its settings, or, in the
case of HOSTs, I copy and paste the "offending" site into HostsMan's
editor, find it, delete it, followed by allowing the site into HostMan's
exclusion list. (I just did that moments before I saw this post.)
Sometimes a quick disable/re-enable of the network adapter helps, too.
Or, sometimes a power cycle of my modem/router does the trick if neither
of the above solutions works. Unplug for thirty seconds, then replug
and once connection is re-established, see what happens when trying to
access the problem site.
