FF 21.0: Java JRE7u25-Update & Flash Plugin

FYI, updating JRE to version 7u25 with the help of JavaRa 2.2 removes
the Flash Plugin from Firefox so that it has to be reinstalled after the
JRE update.

Am I correct to say that Java version had jumped from 7u21 to 7u25?
