I have a new laptop with a problem which has happened since I got it
about two weeks ago. It crashes when I use DownloadHelper to download
YouTube videos, sometimes when I try to save images to my picture
files, and today when I tried to organize my bookmarks it happened
also. I dragged and dropped a bookmarked link into a newly created
folder, and it crashed.
I am running Vista OS, and using Firefox 3.0, and when it crashes, I
get the following crash report:

First sep of trouble shooting is starting Fx in it's own (safemode). From
Vista Start Programs goto Mozilla Firefox and two start modes will be
listed. The Safemode disable all extensions and used the default theme.
It's an easy way to separate a Fx problem from those caused by third party
softwares.
