Using Firefox 5.0.1 for Mac, on an iMac using Mac system OS 10.6.8, when I visit a page, there is a big blank area to the left, with the rest of the page shifted to the right, some of it off screen. There is no scrolling available. However, resizing the window quickly solves the problem.

Unfortunately, I would like to automatically have it work right, instead of having to resize the window every time.

Any ideas?

A page? Just one, or does this problem present with many/all pages?
Please give URL to problem page(s).

Sounds to me like a CSS problem with the page, but without sample, it
is difficult to troubleshoot.

(I am not a Mac user...)

I've got a similar problem. When I click on Google Maps on toolbar,
with a page open (such as this forum), Google maps shows up only on
the one-quarter left-hand of the screen. I've taken a screen shot of
this page with the Google Maps on the left ... but I don't see a way
of attaching that screen shot. Can I?

Also ... I can not re-size the window. And what is a CSS problem
(citation, please). Thanks.

If you go to Help-->Restart_with_Add-ons_Disabled, does the problem
still occur? For more info, see
