extension to show bookmark descriptions

I would like to know if there is an extension to allow easier viewing
of the description of a bookmark. I use the description box for many of
my bookmarks to store useful information, sometimes including the
login/password to the particular link. HOwever, it is not at all
convenient to see the description of these links... you have to
right-click them and goto the properties or open the bookmark manager
in a seperate window.
It would be nice to have this information appear below the bookmark
itself (maybe expandable/collapsable to the bookmark link, just like
folders are) or at least appear as hypertext when you hover over a link.

Open your bookmarks file "bookmarks.html" by File>>Open File. The
descriptive information will be displayed underneath the bookmark.

I want the "bookmark functionalities"... I want it to be able to stay
on the left frame as I click through the bookmarks, etc.
