Fx 21 and plugins enable&disable

I have many plugins installed, only two enabled(VLC and flash).
When i check for upgrade of the others i temporary enable all for check
if exist upgrade in the addons(plugins) tools menu. Only one addon + 1
of the already enabled are checked.
I have six plugins java, vlc, flash, shockwave, picasa and foxit,
enabled by default only vlc and flash. If enable or disable more than
one plugin, only the fist is enabled/disabled, żis normal/is by default
this behaviour?; to enable/disable many plugins i have to do one by
one, enabling one, refresh the plugin tab in the tools-addon window.
