Form History Control ain't nuttin' close to the Form Manager that used
be used by SeaMonkey.
Form History Control losses the Form Data that it contains or has
contained in the past; it seems to be fine and keep data for a while,
and then it seems to begin dumping the data, little by little.
The past few days when I would check on what data is in there, there are
a few less line of dat each time. This morning it contains just, 3 lines
of data, compared to the dozens of lines of data it contained just, a
few days ago.
There is nothing 'checked' in the Time/Usage Criteria.
Why wasn't Mozilla content with that Old Form Manger? It was such a user
friendly and very useful form of Form Management! - MikeyG

There are some form extensions at
<https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/search?q=form&appid=1&cat=0,0&tag=&atype=-1&pid=3&lup=&sort=&lver=3.5&pp=20>.
Hopefully there is something there that you will like.

With regards to data disappearing, it is not designed to do that. Do you
regularily use the "Clear Recent History" feature? That can can be
customized not to include forum history. See
<http://support.mozilla.com/en-US/kb/Clear+Recent+History>.

Firefox also remember the type of form being used (Search vs. Name). Are
you comparing two different types of forms?
