My CNN home page has a black background today. Anyone else have this
problem? I haven't noticed it on any other pages and any links on the
CNN page that I click on show up normally. I have rebooted my computer
and the same thing occurs. My husband also has CNN as his home page and
his displays normally.

This is only happening in Firefox. It displays with the normal while
background in IE.

Looks good to me here, Sharon. Tested it on both Linux and Windows with
no problem. Try clearing your cache and restarting your browser. See if
that helps.

I already did that and also rebooted my computer. Strange. It's only
in Firefox and only on CNN's home page.

My guesses:

a) temporary HTML error. Often happens when web-pages are frequently
updated. FF is much stricter interpreting HTML.

b) interference from an add-on/extension. Could even be your theme.

No guarantees, sorry.
