Does anybody know the .css code to do this? I've wanted a wider
scrollbar (some of us are NOT good at mouse-aiming) for decades, but it
seems to be even narrower now.

Anybody?

Hmph. I used to have snow tires. Never again. They melted in the
spring. I won't even start going on about my wood stove.

As I suggested earlier, we should see if Aris can assist. I will ask him
and report back...

Thanks, but I tried that already, as mentioned in the off-topic post.
I tried a range of sizes from 25 to 70, but no difference.

A lot of stuff just doesn't work in slackware, and apparently this is
some of it.

I can't tell you why it doesn't work, but are you aware that you can
scroll by using the mouse wheel? I hardly ever use the scroll bar.

I am also using the PgUp and PgDn keys on the keyboard, after clicking
on a safe spot of the web-page. :)

I use up-arrow and down-arrow a lot, but seldom page-up and page-down
(in the browser). For huge jumps, I do use Home and End to go to very
top and very bottom.

Except on my $WORK computer, because Mac keyboards do away with so many
useful keys.

misses home/end/page-up/page-down/insert most of all

I hardly use the keyboard at all to navigate web pages. I either use
the mouse wheel or Gesturefy
(https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/gesturefy/)

Turns out you need to play around with JavaScript. Good news is, Aris
has already done the work; he used existing addOns methods, but adjusted
to work with new Firefox where addOns cannot do those changes. It's a
bit of work, but you get to toy around with all aspects of the scrollbars.

See instructions and files here:
https://github.com/Aris-t2/Scrollbars

Let us know how it works out; Aris is interested in feedback.

Thank you.
