1 possible solution is to make your local path ends with a "\".
This is one known issue.

In the Navigation bar..?? Makes no difference.

Use it already, but the average win-user don't know of any ftp client at
all.
All I get though, is a list of files to be accessed (as an Index) -
mostly GIFs and JPEGs.

Well - that's what a ftp-site looks like. (there are quite a few folders
too)

No, in your destination address, where you are transferring the file to.
File Transfer Protocol implies transfer of a file, a la downloading, but FF
assumes open the file - didn't know /that/ .
I did a search on your reported error message and found the suggestion I
offered
I've never used Firefox for FTP since I've used WS-FTP for so many
years, its automatic.
Like reg, I have no problem accessing the site.
Your other post looks like some server side stuff of which I know squat.
Good luck...

As long as it's only I who have problems accessing my own ftp, it's a
small issue. ;)

It is from my server.

Cheers!
