I have a client who said his https://www.usc.edu/office365's Outlook is
slow in responding (a few seconds) and loading his e-mails, viewing
attached files, clicking on print, etc. He has a working fast cable
Internet connection and using his month old 2020 13" Intel i7 MacBook
Pro with Big Sur v11.1 (clean installs, but with migrated datas from his
former 13" 2012 MacBook Pro's Mojave v10.14.6). I already tried clearing
his histories and caches, but that made no differences.

Thank you for reading and hopefully answering.

Outlook 365 Windows Enterprise version:

On the W10 laptop Chrome is the fastest at less than 1 sec.
Edge is a bit slower than Chrome at maybe 1.1 sec.
FF OSR is the slowest at maybe 1.5 sec.

On the old W7 laptop Chrome is fastest at about 1 sec.
FF OSR is about 1.5 sec.
IE11 is near 2 sec.

A MS agent referred me to
https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/office/supported-browsers-for-outlook-on-the-web-and-outlook-com-ca350265-6284-4682-9abd-85fc2bd37934
that says "Mac OS X (10.10 and later): Apple Safari 10+ or Chrome for
supported browsers." :(

OK, I narrowed down the slow Office 365's online Outlook's emails in
Firefox. It involves with attached Office files. Firefox's
about:performance and about:memory showing crazy high usages with
connected online editors for Word, Excel, etc. Safari has the same
issue, but not so bad as Firefox. Chrome had no problems at all. :(

Also, upgrading Big Sur to v11.2 didn't help.
