I'm running 3.0.10 on Vista and it's painful to open Gmail, Google
Reader & Youtube. They all open fine with Internet Explorer 7. I don't
have any extensions installed. My Shockwave flash plugin is 10.0 r22.
With Google, I often get the "Still working...." message; with
Youtube, I have to do CTRl-L and hit <enter> 2-3 times before the
video starts playing. I once did setup multiple profiles but that
didn't make things any better.

Thanks for any help/ tips/ suggestions.

Sorry, how do I do that? I been to about:plugins and in the Shockwave
Flash section, the file name is "NPSWF32.dll" but search cannot find
this file anywhere in the system.

Thanks for the detailed explanation. The above solved my problem.
