I used Firefox on my old PC running Windows XP to watch streaming Xfinity TV from Comcast.  It worked just fine for over a year.  I now have another computer running Windows Vista, and Firefox will not play Xfinity TV.  I keep getting an Xfinity error #422, Video Unavailable.  Yet I can watch the service just fine using my Google Chrome browser.  I prefer using Firefox because it gives me a more stable picture.  I've tried disabling different things to no avail.  Anybody have a clue how to fix this?

Without a URL to xfinity tv, it's hard know/replicate what you are
looking at.

Is this content presented in flash? If so, do you have the flash
plugin installed in FF? It's included by default in Chrome.

Need more information.

What version of Firefox?
What different things did you disable?
Did you try? [Troubleshoot Firefox issues using Safe Mode | Firefox
Help](https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/troubleshoot-firefox-issues-using-safe-mode)
Does Xfinity have a support forum? What do they have to say about the error?

I have same issue very recently with Streaming media like TV shows, and others.
What has changed is two things...
1) The growth of technology forcing ADS on us.
2) The technology used in plugins.

In this case for ME, it is Adblock xxx.
Sadly, disable of the add-on does not work for me. I have to uninstall it.
