Sounds about right for a Micro$oft product...

NOTE the requirement to enter your credit-card info, so that you can

Hmmmmm - ring any bells??? Like as in "warning bells a-ringing"

That author has a real sense of humour! Also the great eMail potentials??

There is a hitch though:

How do I install/uninstall Microsoft Firefox?

2. Follow the online instructions.

so you will have to get a new puter if you don't like the new browser!

na - found the problem.... I had a BSOD a couple of days ago, and it
seems it had nuked my Soundblaster drivers, so I just re-installed them
and all is OK.

If you just want to watch there is no difference between the
IE7 and the Firefox version (that I can see), maybe they
just named them one or the other because there is no
connection to a browser.

I couldn't get anything on the msfirefox page until I clicked
on an almost all black screen. As long as you sound is on
then would pursue a solutions:
uncheck obj-tabs in Adblock preferences/options
as described in http://kb.mozillazine.org/Problematic_extensions
and make sure you have updated compatible plug-ins
https://addons.mozilla.org/firefox/plugins/
