I had to uninstall FF3 because it continuously crashed every time that
I needed to right click.
When it first crashed, I didn't realize this was the cause. It became
more apparent that it was. I decided to try and see if it would crash
anytime that I right clicked. It did. Is there a fix for this problem?

My OS is Windows 2000 Professional. I use a Labtec 3B mouse.

TIA,
Rita

Since no other similar complaints have been posted here, I am going to
conclude that the problem is a conflict with either your mouse driver,
or something in the hardware. Have you tried the default mouse driver?
Also, have you checked with Labtec to see if they have a newer driver?
Also, are you using any extensions/plugins that might add something to
the context menu? If so, try disabling them.

Right-click is for a context menu, what was the object for the right-click (where did you
right-click). And what did you do before it started happening.

I was attempting to cut and paste text within a message being posted
at a webmail site. I was able to highlight the text, but FFX 3 crashed
as soon as I wanted to right click to bring up menu to cut and paste.
I then realized that it crashed any time that I tried to right click
in any website. I even tested it by just right clicking. Each time
the following message appeared: "Firefox had a problem and crashed.
We'll try to restore your tabs and windows when it restarts." It did.
"Unfortunately the crash reporter is unable to submit a crash report."
"Details: The application did not leave a crash dump file."
