moving Firefox extentions

is there a way to move my FireFox extensions from my home computer to
office and vise versa ?!!!

Just off the top of my head ...

copy the "extensions" folder to the other machine?

..and also delete or move these files from new profile folder after
transferring 'extensions' folder:
extensions.rdf
extensions.ini
extensions.rdf

now start Firefox
