What a very helpful response )-:.
I too am using 25 (.0.1). When I go to Tools | Addons, I see on the left
five icons with text beside them:
icon text
arrow pointing into folder Get Add-ons
jigsaw piece Extensions
painter's pallette Appearance
blue Lego-like brick Plugins
cloud with dots in Services
if you're not seeing those texts, only the icons, I think something is
amiss.
If I select Extensions (the jigsaw piece), I see a list of the ones I've
already got - each with an icon, a title in text, a one-line description
of what it does and a "More" link, and some buttons.
I've just tried typing something into the search box (I tried "CPU"),
and it produced a list (of 11), with a link "See all 18 results" at the
bottom. I note that at the top of the list, though, I see "Search
My Add-ons Available Add-ons"; I'm guessing you have the first
highlighted ... I just tried clicking My Add-ons, and I see the message
you see (except "Could not" rather than "cannot").
