Getting rid of unwanted M$ LIVE SEARCH from address bar

Few days ago (while changing my FF3 beta to FF3 stable) ive noticed that
when im trying to perform a search using URL bar (address bar) it redirects
me to:

http://search.live.com/results.aspx?q=some+keyword+here&form=MSSRPD

In *about:config* there are some settings - i checked it already and
everything's fine (google is set n'there as default search engine).

I would be glad if someone can help me with this. Im using Vista 32 home
pro.

Maybe you know where those settings could been overwritten by some external
software ?
