We've developed a new search feature for the Firefox browser. You can
see a short demo of us using this on Google here:
http://www.visual-search.net/Visual%20Search%202/Visual%20Search%202.html
You can download the extension on this page:
http://www.visual-search.net
or on the Firefox addons page:
https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/5309
I hope everyone in the Google/Firefox community likes this
feature as much as we do!
GREAT!

for anyone wondering "how to do it"
1) RIGHT click the "click here to install the....."
2) select "save link as..." and put it on your desktop (use default name)
3) with FF open, drag 'n' drop the new icon from your desktop into the
FF window (you may have to reduce the size of the FF window first, so
that you can see the desktop)
4) restart FF (may not be necessary, but anyway....)
5) check the Extensions list - this new extension should be listed
6) run a Google search (the instructions say that this extension works
on other engines??? any experiences out there??)
7) try the extension....... :-D
Thanks for detailing out the instructions like this. I guess I should
have thought some people might need them.
The major search engines this works for are as follows: Yahoo,
Google, MSN, Windows Live, Excite, and Alta Vista. However, we are
adding new search engines all the time, so if you have a favorite that
isn't on the current list let me know and I will add it right away for
you. Thanks again!

I'm sorry, but I don't understand all this.
With the latest FF, you click on the green 'install now' box, another
mini-window appears and shortly after another 'install now' button with a
tick in it - you press the button - the add-on installs and you are offered
the option of restarting FF. Tada!
All the above stuff is for installing add-ons to Thunderbird.
