Firefox 20's built-in cookie viewer has a window of a limited (small)
and unadjustable size. This is not convenient for browsing countless
cookies (it's actually not practical). Is there a way to view the
list in a window of adjustable size? I would like to maximize the
viewing window.

My cookie window has the standard Minimize, Maximize, and Close (x)
buttons.

My bad. I am confused by the Windows 7 look-and-feel. There are no
maximize/minimize buttons, but it is in fact maximizable. Thanks.

Alt-space may be your friend ... (it certainly is up to XP; it dates
back to Windows 3.1 if not before!)

A clean, neat and orderly desk is a sign of a sick mind. (G6JPG's mind is
clearly extremely healthy ...)
