I bought a new computer, I downloaded FIREFOX but I cannot find a way to
transfer my bookmarks in my Firefox from my old computer. I can find an
option to "import" but none for "export".
Any help will be very appreciated

In your Profile folder on the old computer is a file: bookmarks.html.
That's the file you want to copy to the Profile on the new computer.

For backup/restore the entire profile the only you have to do is copy
all files and directory from the old to the new profile.
If the profile directory have a name for example: a9winxjk.default, you
have to copy all files and directory inside that to the new computer.
You need to have a new profile in the new computer(execute Fx once, exit
and copy the profile files)
The profile in the spanish in the NT type windows is located in
C:\Documents and Settings\<username>\"Datos de
programa"\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles
