Since yesterday I can not get in this movie website, movie2k.to, it
gives me an error notice that *FF can not get in/find this server at
this time*?

Any ideas??

TIA

Thanks for the info, could not get into that site (Examiner), everybody
must be trying to get in?? Do you think that movie2k.to has any chance
of coming back? Pretty nice movies that they were showing, do not care
for the porn part of it. Do you know of any other site like that?

Thanks for the help.

It wouldn't surprise me if the site had been forcibly taken down since a
good number of releases surely had to be pirated, e.g., "Epic", which
only opened last Friday.

Agreed, though, apart from the "adult" stuff, it's a good site for what
it offers.

When you get server-not-found errors, checking here frequently helps:

Is it safe? They ask for a credit card but they say that it will not be
charged unless you buy some merchandise or upgrade your membership??

Thanks, but no thanks.

It asks to sign up "for free", but no way will I give any email addy to
a site which WOT rates as risky, not even a throw-away.

I suggest this instead:

http://viooz.co/

No strings attached.

I haven't a clue as to what you refer. I can stream videos from Viooz
with no effort at all and no extra "stuff" asking to be downloaded.

Then again, I have my lappie pretty well locked down to prevent any
untoward stuff from getting through. You?

After a visit to <http://viooz.co/> during a test-run (FF 23.0.1)
Malwarebytes found the following traces of malware:

HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall\{02CF6CAA-ED11-47E4-A50F-A533D92C4E5C}
(PUP.Optional.Tarma.A)

C:\Users\[user]\AppData\Roaming\Babylon (PUP.Optional.Babylon.A)

C:\ProgramData\InstallMate\{02CF6CAA-ED11-47E4-A50F-A533D92C4E5C}\Setup.exe
(PUP.Optional.Tarma.A)

C:\ProgramData\InstallMate\{02CF6CAA-ED11-47E4-A50F-A533D92C4E5C}\TsuDll.dll
(PUP.Optional.Tarma.A)

C:\Users\[user]\AppData\Roaming\Babylon\log_file.txt
(PUP.Optional.Babylon.A)

Though Malwarebytes removed them, HitmanPro 3.7.7 still found four more
remnants.

I forgot to add that this may be coincidence.

Can the movie itself be downloaded for later viewing?

Not directly, but I imagine there is an FF extension/add-on which could
but of which I am unaware.

Don`t know about that, when I went to site, I clicked on a movie to view
it and was told that I needed to d/l the FLV app in order to view it, I
clicked ok and it d/l an AVG safe guard/toolbar and 3 others apps that I
found out after I went to Control panel to disable AVG!! Btw, I had no
choice on the AVG toolbar security one!!!
